How do I get a license key after payment?
After you submit your UPI payment screenshot and transaction ID, our team manually verifies it. Once approved — usually within 30 minutes — your license key appears in your account dashboard. You will also receive it by email.
Can I use OverlayOS on more than one device?
The free trial is limited to one device per device ID. Paid licenses are tied to your account. If you need multi-device access, contact our support team and we will help you.
Does OverlayOS store my voice recordings?
No. All voice processing happens entirely on your device. No audio is ever sent to our servers. Your voice data is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
What if my payment is rejected?
If your payment is rejected, you will receive an explanation in your dashboard. Common reasons include an incorrect transaction ID or a mismatched screenshot. You can resubmit with the correct details or contact support.
Is there a refund policy?
Since OverlayOS offers a free trial before purchase, we do not offer refunds on purchased plans. However, if there is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the software, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.
How does the Referral Reward work?
Every account gets a unique referral link. When 10 valid users register using your link and verify their account, you automatically receive 1 month of free access added to your plan. Track your count in the Referral Rewards section of your dashboard.
How do I request deletion of my account?
Email overlayossupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will permanently delete your account, email, license records, and payment history within 48 hours and confirm once done.

What Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum data needed to run OverlayOS:

  • Name and email address — so we can create your account and send your license key.
  • A device ID — a random ID generated on your device, used only to limit one free trial per device.
  • Payment record — your UPI transaction ID and payment screenshot stored only for verification.
  • License key and activation info — we store which key belongs to your account and when it was activated.
  • Referral data — your referral code and count of valid referrals, used to track reward eligibility.

Voice & Audio Data

OverlayOS processes all voice and audio entirely on your device. No audio is ever sent to our servers. No recordings are saved.

Payments

Payments are made via UPI only. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. Payment records are kept as proof of purchase only.

Your Rights
